Signature Aesthetics opens new, expansive location in Sandpoint

Founded in 2009 by visionary Nancy Andrews, RN-C, Signature Aesthetics, a distinguished medical aesthetics establishment, with locations in Sandpoint and Coeur d’Alene, has strived to be the Pacific Northwest’s leading aesthetic and wellness destination. “Over the years, as technology and techniques have improved, we’ve been able to adopt many state-of-the-art aesthetic treatments, as well as equipment, in order to provide various advanced treatments to our clients,” Nancy explains. “We also are providing many health and wellness services including hormone balancing and weight loss programs.”

A career spanning four decades within the nursing field, with a distinct focus on aesthetics since 1996, Nancy has garnered invaluable expertise across a diverse array of hospital departments, including intensive care, emergency rooms, home health, obstetrics, surgical units, and even a high-stakes helicopter emergent flight program. While director at Ponderay Surgery Center, Nancy made substantial contributions to the realm of aesthetic, cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgeries and procedures.
Nancy is joined at Signature Aesthetics by her son Graham Andrews, NP-C, who has been working in the medical field since 2005 in diverse areas of medicine—neurology, intensive care, pre- and post-surgery, nephrology, internal medicine, urgent care, and wellness and aesthetic medicine. He joined the practice in 2017, becoming Signature Aesthetics’ medical director in 2021. As a nurse practitioner, Graham is able to diagnose, treat and prescribe independently in the state of Idaho. His diverse medical background working in various medical fields allows him to create personal and individualized treatment plans with his patients. Examples of treatments he performs, in addition to aesthetic treatments, are Botox for migraines, bioidentical hormone replacement, and PRP joint injections for arthritic joints.

As the practice has continued to grow over the last decade, so has the need for larger accommodations for their expanding clientele. Nancy and Graham are elated to share that Signature Aesthetics is making a new home in the building they purchased at 1202 North Division Avenue. The new office location provides better accessibility for clients—including more parking! The patient waiting area is now larger, allowing the accommodation of more clients, as well as making the check-in/check-out process seamless. In addition, their treatment rooms will provide a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere as they are remodeled to better suit Signature Aesthetics’ services that they provide.
