For over a decade and a half, the same faces have walked back through our doors. Some come every six weeks. Some come once a year. All of them are the reason we are changing the way we price what we do.

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Every August I sit down and look back at the year, and what stays with me is never the work itself. It is the people, and how much of themselves they trusted us with.

You trusted us with a first appointment when you had every reason to be nervous. You came back. You told your sister, your best friend, the coworker who had been thinking about it for years. You have been patient with us on our busiest days and honest with us when it mattered.

You are not an appointment on a schedule. You are someone we have come to know, and being allowed that close to a person's life is a privilege I have never gotten used to.

I have watched clients become regulars, regulars become friends, and friends walk in with their daughters. We have been a small part of weddings and reunions, of hard years and fresh starts. Not one of us takes that lightly.

I would rather you never had to wait for a sale to come see us. So we are changing how this works. Prices are coming down across our menu, and we are introducing Signature Rewards, a membership built so our members always get the better price. Not for one month and not during a promotion, but every visit, at both locations.

That is the real thank you. Not a discount that ends, but a practice that is easier to say yes to for as long as you want to keep coming.
