After years of building Idaho Pain Clinic and Sandpoint Surgery Center, husband-and-wife team Dr. Sorin Ispirescu and Alyce Ispirescu expanded their approach to care with the launch of Glow Aesthetics & Wellness.

"It felt like a natural next step," Dr. Ispirescu says. "Apply that same standard of medical care to aesthetics and wellness, so patients could look and feel their best without ever leaving Sandpoint."

Dr. Ispirescu is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain management, fellowship-trained at UC San Diego, and has more than 15 years of experience caring for patients through Idaho Pain Clinic and Sandpoint Surgery Center, which also treats patients from Lewiston, Post Falls, and Spokane. That clinical background and hands-on oversight carry through every treatment at Glow. Alyce studied vocal performance at Chapman University and earned her law degree at Gonzaga before turning her focus to the business side of all three practices, where she now leads operations at Glow alongside a fantastic team.

Glow's philosophy is to treat the whole person, helping people feel good and look good while recognizing that those goals can often be addressed through the same treatment. Botox, for example, is as much a tool for migraines and jaw tension as it is for smoothing a wrinkle. The practice addresses aesthetics, body composition, pelvic health, mental wellness, metabolic health, and recovery, all under the same medical rigor patients already trust. Because the three practices operate as one connected system, the team draws on every modality and every possibility to build the perfect treatment plan for each patient.

As a full-suite BTL provider, Glow offers Emsculpt Neo, Emface, Emsella, and Exomind, addressing the body, face, pelvic health, and mind in one office — technology access that has often required a trip to Spokane, Seattle, or farther. Alongside the BTL suite, Glow provides Aesthetic Injectables and Regenerative Therapies, with more coming soon. Patients can access all of these treatments currently at the Sandpoint location.

The 2026 renovation will bring all three practices to complete unison. A fully renovated treatment sanctuary on the south side of the Idaho Pain Clinic building will add treatment rooms, increase appointment availability, and make it easier for patients to move between all three practices — pain management, surgery, and aesthetics — in a single visit.

The Ispirescu family built this medical group around one shared goal: keeping advanced, physician-led care close to home.
