K&K Thanksgiving Fishing Derby 2026

November 21 – 29 | Lake Pend Oreille

The Lake Pend Oreille Idaho Club holds its annual K&K Thanksgiving Fishing Derby November 21-29. Anglers fish Lake Pend Oreille from 6 am to 4 pm each day, launching and weighing in at any Lake Pend Oreille boat launch. The derby breaks for Thanksgiving Day, November 26, then resumes through the weekend.

LPOIC formed as a volunteer nonprofit in the mid-1940s to protect and enhance the lake and its fisheries. Derby revenue funds local projects tied to that mission. Every entry supports the water anglers return to season after season.
