Ting Internet is excited to be expanding construction to include North Sandpoint and Ponderay!
In case you haven’t been following along with this whole fiber internet thing, Ting Crazy Fast Fiber Internet® is the fastest internet access around. Ting offers symmetrical gigabit internet, which means upload and download speeds up to 1,000 Mbps. That’s why they call it crazy fast! It also means that your connection at home allows everyone to make crystal-clear video calls, stream music, watch videos, do some work and play games without any lags on Ting’s end or complaints on yours.
You might also have heard about Ting’s amazing customer service and how they’re always there when you call. Literally. They have real people answer the phones, and they aren’t fans of putting their customers on hold. And, while they’re at it, they aren’t fans of contracts or hidden fees either.
With all that in mind, Ting Internet is happy to let residents in North Sandpoint and Ponderay know that they can now pre-order Ting Crazy Fast Fiber Internet®.
Ting uses pre-orders to help gauge demand and plan out their builds. The refundable $9 preorder gives you up to $200 to cover the full cost of installation and is credited to your account when you become a customer. They encourage residents of North Sandpoint and Ponderay to go online and check their addresses to see if Ting is building in their area and pre-order to reserve their spot.
Ting Internet offers symmetrical gigabit (up to 1,000 Mbps) fiber internet for both home and business. The home option costs $89 a month. Fiber for business costs $139 a month. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, they also offer a 5 Mbps residential plan for $19 a month to get you started.
These prices will not change. There are no tricks, no introductory pricing and no price creeps. They don’t think crazy fast, reliable internet access is a luxury item. They think of fiber as needed infrastructure to keep up.
Looking back at Ting in Sandpoint
The construction of the Sandpoint network started two years ago in April 2018, where Ting was the only internet service provider offering true fiber to the premises (FttP). As Ting expands into North Sandpoint and Ponderay, they are celebrating their milestones.
