2026 BGH Find Your Strength 5K & 1K Fun Run

June 13 The Bonner General Health (BGH) Foundation’s superhero-themed fun run returns to Sandpoint City Beach on Saturday, June 13. The 5K starts at 10 am and the 1K follows at 11 am, with both routes running along the Sand Creek Trail. A family-friendly after-party wraps up the morning. Costumes are encouraged, and registration is open to all ages. Proceeds support the Hometown Health Grants program, which funds equipment and patient care needs across BGH departments. Check-in begins Friday afternoon, June 12, and continues the morning of the race.
